The Hawaii Rare Plant Restoration Group has initiated several programs. These include the mid-elevation rare plant facilities on the islands of Kauai, Oahu, Maui, and Hawaii Island and the Plant Extinction Prevention program on the islands of Kauai, Oahu, Maui, Molokai, and Hawaii Island.
